|I still haven't found what I'm looking for . . .

Phrembah (a potato-like mystery)
. . . in the realm of satin sage spray paint, that is. I still need to find a can of what Rust-O-Leum calls Satin Sage. The stores around here don't stock it maybe as much as they should. The pictures I've seen of the top of the can look a little anemic, but it's really hard to tell till you actually spray a chip yer own se'f. So far, everything's been too blue, too green or too gray. You need to get the balance just right and then adjust the luminance with white or maybe a pale, pale yellow or something. Dark sage isn't sage, people. Real sage is a fairly light color, though definitely this side of pastel. The immortal words of that immortal U2 song, "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," say it all when it comes to satin sage spray paint, I can tell you that!
Amen, hey baby and all that shit!
